Once you purchase shares in Initial Realty Offering properties, your shares will be locked up for 90 days after the property has been fully funded. After the 90 days, you’ll be able to submit a Sell (Ask) order to sell your shares in the Market Trading area of the app.

During the 90 day period, you are eligible to receive monthly dividends generated from the rental income.
