Members can invest in as many properties as they would like. However, due to current regulations, a single investor can own no more than 10% of the available shares of a single offering.

Additionally, for non-accredited investors, the maximum you can invest into a single property offering is up to 10% of the greater of their annual income or their personal net worth.
