Shares purchased in properties that are still in the Initial Realty Offering phase cannot be sold.
After a property's Initial Realty Offering is fully purchased, we transition the shares into a 90-day lockup period during which shares cannot be bought or sold. Once the lockup period is over, shareholder's will be able submit SELL orders, "ASKs," through the app.
Shareholders can submit SELL orders for some or all of the owned shares on the Fintor app through select registered broker-dealers during our trading windows. While the shares are not listed on a public stock exchange, like NASDAQ or NYSE, the trading process should feel similar.
During the trading windows, the broker-dealer will match sell orders and buy orders "BIDS," at the market-clearing price per share. If a BID is at or above an ASK amount, then the sale will be clear to close, and the buyer's funds will be transferred.
