The Fintor investment team intends to hold each property for a period of 3-9 years, subject to real estate cycles, and economic trends.

When the Fintor investment team determines that a property is nearing or has reached an optimal value, the team will consider selling the property. At the time of sale, proceeds will be distributed to the shareholders based upon each individual's ownership stake.
